Line Up Performance began in 2018 with one goal in mind; improve human performance for those willing to put in the time and effort.

From professional athletes to corporate junkies, we’ve developed a well-balanced, scientific approach to cover all fitness needs including training, recovery and nutrition.

Over the last 6 years, we’ve been fortunate to work with clients from all walks of life; musicians, actors, professional athletes, moms and dads, and everyone in between. With that, we understand that each person has a unique background and unique goals, so the training and rehabilitation programs will be based entirely on the individual. By taking a research based approach to everything we prescribe and implement, we’re sure to help you achieve whatever fitness goals you may have!

How We Operate

The process begins with an in-depth conversation about your goals, past training experience, injury history, and everything in between. From there, a series of tests will be conducted to establish a baseline performance level. Next, a program will be designed specific to the individual. The structured plan will progress over time, ultimately leading to the achievement of your goals and improved self-confidence.
